If you have Trucks, Trailers, or Equipment to add to our sale, please call 1-866-511-2493 for details and to make arrangements for drop off.

All Equipment & Titles must be received by 3:00 PM on Friday, July 13th .

**Note:  No Consignments will be received on

Monday, May 28^th, or Wednesday, July 4^th**

 **To Be Listed in our Auction Brochure, sales agreement & pictures must be submitted by noon on June 22th.**

 We reserve the right to accept or reject consignments.

 

Preview/Inspection Times:

Come preview available consigned equipment on either of the following days:

Wednesday, 7/18  9:00 pm to 3:00 pm

  Thursday, 7/19  9:00 am to 5:00 pm

 

Order of Sale:

Daycabs, Sleepers, Dumps, Straight Trucks, Pickups, RVs, Equipment, Trailers

 

Titles and Removal of Equipment:

Photo ID required. Title agent on-site. Titles will be mailed; equipment may not be removed without meeting all payment requirements set by Hess Auctioneers, LLC. Payments MUST be verified prior to removal of equipment.

 

Equipment Pick-Up Times:

Purchased Equipment must be picked up on one of the following dates:

Auction Day: Friday, July 20th, until 5 pm

Saturday, July 21st, 8 am to 12 pm

Monday, July 23rd, 9 am to 3 pm

Tuesday, July 24th, 9 am to 3 pm.

NO PICK-UPS ON SUNDAY, July 22nd  

Any items still left on our auction site by Tuesday July 24^th , at 3:00 PM will be moved, and purchaser will be billed for moving and storage fees. 

Proof of purchase must be shown before removal of any items.

 

Full Title Clerk:

We will have a full title clerk available the day of our auction from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please be prepared to transfer your titles and set up tags for your new vehicles. Bring the appropriate forms and documents.

Online Bidding:

Online Bidding is available with Equipment Facts. Sign up to bid online by 7/18/12 at www.EquipmentFacts.com.  Search for our auction listing by date. There is a 2% online bidding fee.

 

Absentee Bidding:

If you cannot be at our auction in person, we encourage you to register to bid online through www.EquipmentmentFacts.com where you can watch the auction in full video and audio, and make your bids securely and accurately. If you do not have access to this online option, you may submit your maximum bid via our Absentee Bidding program. See the Bidding section of our website to sign up. There is a 2% absentee bidding fee.

 

Auction Listing & Catalog:

A catalog listing all items being sold at the auction will be available to download on our website: www.HessAuctioneers.com on or before 7/19/12. Inventory pictures and specifications are available as they are consigned – see our inventory website: www.HessAuctioneers.net.

 

Absolute Auction:

All pieces sold to the highest bidder except items with a reserve price (see "Reserve Auction”). We do not provide a warranty or guarantee on the equipment being sold at auction. Everything is sold "AS IS WHERE IS.” Please inspect the equipment before you bid. The highest bidder will be required to pay for purchases in FULL by the close of business, sale day. All advertising is subject to additions, changes and deletions; it is only a guide for what is being sold. Information presented on day of auction will take precedence over any printed or electronic material.

 

Reserve Auction:

Some items are being sold on reserve. The auctioneers will announce reserve items. An item having a "reserve” means that the seller of the item has designated an undisclosed minimum bid for the item. After the minimum bid is reached, the item will be sold as an "Absolute Auction” described previously.

Payment Methods:

Full payment due on day of auction by cash, wire, check (with bank letter of credit allowing Hess Auctioneers, LLC. to contact buyer’s banker to verify "Payment in full” on auction day), or Visa/Mastercard/Discover (photo ID required). All checks made payable to "Hess Auctioneers, LLC.” There is a 3% Administrative Fee, which is waived if paying by cash, check, or wire.

 

Buyer’s Premium: 

10% Buyer’s Premium will be collected and retained on purchases up to $5,000.00 (per item)

5% Buyer’s Premium will be collected and retained on purchases $5001 and over (per item)
