Pre-Registration is easy, free and saves you time on Auction day. You can fill out the online form below or click here to print our pre-registration form. The printable form may be faxed, mailed or submitted in person at Hess Auctioneers, LLC in Marietta, PA.
NOTE: This Pre-Registration Form is for bidding IN PERSON at the AUCTION SITE. For Online Bidding, see Online Bidding section below.

Attend our live auctions and bid in person.
Absentee / Phone Bid
If you are not able to attend an auction in person, we will bid on your behalf. You will need to complete an Absentee Bidder Form. This form must be approved.

Online Bidding
Click on the Online Bidding/Equipment Facts link under Bidder Links on the left side of this page.
You must register to bid online at least 4 days prior to the sale.
You will be able to see our online catalog approximately 2 days prior to an upcoming auction.
Log onto www.EquipmentFacts.com the day of the auction and follow the instructions.
Absentee Bidding
Absentee Bidding allows you to place a bid on a piece of equipment without being present on the day of the Auction. As an Absentee Bidder you have two options:
A) Bid "live" over the phone while talking to one of our auction representatives.
B) Tell us your maximum bid and we will bid on your behalf. You will be contacted with the results after the auction is over.
Absentee Bidding Requirements
The minimum absentee bid is $1,000.
The fee for our Absentee Bidding service is 2% of purchase price (no charge for unsuccessful bids). This fee is in addition to the Buyer's Premium.
You must complete the Absentee Bidder Agreement and return it to us by two days prior to the auction.
